不管是广告收入还是摊位租赁收入,法律上来说它们都属于“小区公共收益”。那么啥叫公共收益呢?

公共收益是指利用物业管理区域内的共用部分、共用设施设备进行生产、经营、租赁等产生的收益及物业区域内共用设施设备报废后的回收残值。
